Berry smoothie, loaded with antioxidants

Handful fresh fresh or frozen berries, 2 ice cubes, squeeze lemon juice, egg white or scoop protein whey powder, add a spoonful of yoghurt if a milky texture is desired or add a little water for a looser texture.
