Babylates is a beautiful class for you and your baby with a specific focus on you and a big emphasis on fun!  It is ideal for Mums and bubs up to 12 months old. This class blends mind body techniques of Pilates and Restorative Aerial Yoga with gentle movement through exercise. With a specific focus on getting core muscles back to strength and alignment further supporting your back and improving your posture, we will also work on strength, mobility, fitness and flexibility.
