Burn and Sculpt is an upbeat fast pace class utilising the Reformer throughout the class and incorporating floor exercises, designed to keep your heart rate up and burn calories.
Each exercise is designed for maximum muscle fatigue to get a calorie blasting workout.

All exercises reinforce the essential Pilates breathing techniques to isolate your core and to focus on control and alignment of the body.

You will leave feeling energised and invigorated after this class.  All levels are welcome as exercises can be modified.
You will need to wear grip socks for this class.
