Personal Training is for all ages and is tailored to you to achieve your health and fitness goals.  It is also a great way to experience a variety of exercise formats in the programs we offer and get the results you are looking for.

Whether your goal is to get in shape for an important event or simply to improve your health and wellbeing, Personal Training will achieve this and more for you, plus keep you motivated to remain on track and feel great.

Our Personal Training programs can also incorporate our Weight Loss programs which provide menu plans and weekly consults to help you obtain health and wellbeing with clean eating – see our Weight Loss programs page for more information.

Private Pilates sessions are with our Pilates Practitioners and co-ordinated around your schedule. Sessions are tailored to you and utilize all Pilates Equipment with a variety of Pilates techniques. You can also request our in-house Physiotherapist who will conduct a Private Aasessment to discuss your goals and/or any concerns, including assessing and treating injuries and/or Rehabilitation program.  See our Physiotherapy sessions.

Sessions can be half hour or 1 hour in duration and are designed to get the maximum results in the minimum time.

Over a 4-6 week period of your program you will achieve improvements in fitness, muscle tone, strength and shape, plus overall health, well being
